Ramada Conference Center Wilmington Hotel, Wilmington

I must say, this hotel has a mixed bag of experiences. The rooms were a bit of a maze as they are spread across different corridors, and I struggled to get a good night's sleep due to nearby parties. On the bright side, there's a Sleep Inn just one block away for better accommodation.

The hotel is well-located for exploring Wilmington, with clean rooms and a fantastic Thai restaurant on-site. However, the lingering smell of smoke and cleanliness issues were noticeable. Service was friendly, but reservations through booking weren't available. The breakfast offered a good selection of items, but there were delays and quality issues with the coffee. The location is convenient, especially for a beach weekend, though some areas needed cleaning.

The hotel is conveniently located near shopping and dining options, making it a good starting point for tourist activities. While the room access was challenging due to ongoing work until late afternoon, the surrounding shopping areas were vibrant. The service could be improved with a more enthusiastic and helpful approach from the staff.
